Privacy

This is the plain-language version of how we handle the information you share when you start a conversation with iFoundry.

Simple diagram showing how contact-form submissions are routed and handled

What we collect

We collect the information you choose to send through the contact form: your name, email, company, role, sector, timeline, and the description of the work. We do not run ad-tech tracking or sell browsing behavior to a marketing network.

How we use it

We use that information to read your note, reply to you, route it to the right person on our team, and keep a record of the conversation if the work moves forward. That is the whole point of collecting it.

What we do not do

We do not sell your information. We do not drop you into a marketing sequence because you sent one note. We do not share your contact details outside the small set of systems we need to receive and reply to the message.

How long we keep it

We keep contact-form submissions long enough to handle the conversation, follow up on the work, and maintain a business record of who reached out. If you want us to delete the message, ask and we will handle it unless we need to keep a record for a legal or contractual reason.

Questions

If you want to ask about your information, update it, or ask for deletion, use the contact form and say that directly. We will reply.
