legal
Terms
These terms cover the public site. Any actual engagement with iFoundry is governed by a separate written agreement.

Use of this site
This site exists to explain the work, show launches, and make it easy to start a conversation. It is not a legal offer, a signed proposal, or a promise that iFoundry is available for every piece of work shown here.
What the published work means
Launches, descriptions of our work, and proof points are here to show the kind of problems we take on and how we talk about them. They are not a warranty that every future engagement will follow the same path or produce the same result.
Intellectual property
Unless a page says otherwise, the copy, design, brand assets, and original site content belong to iFoundry. Case-study material, client names, and linked third-party content belong to their respective owners.
Links and third-party sites
Some pages link to live products, repositories, or other outside sites. Once you leave this site, their terms and privacy practices apply instead of ours.
Questions
If you need to ask about the site terms or a specific piece of published work, use the contact form. We would rather answer a direct question than hide behind legal filler.
