Game-night leagues that run themselves.

Rival Nights went from idea to pilot launch in under three weeks, with all the core league functionality plus SEO, analytics, payments, calendar, email, and sign-in integrated from day one. Commissioners set up a season once, and the app handles invites, a fair schedule, scores, make-ups, standings, and playoffs.

League night, from first invite to finals.

Rival Nights is for friends who keep score: cornhole, darts, pickleball, bocce, or whatever the crew plays. One person usually ends up as the league's secretary, juggling invites, schedules, and standings in a spreadsheet and a group chat.

League night happens in a backyard or a bar, on a phone, often with bad signal. The product had to work for a commissioner setting up a season on a laptop and for players who only want to tap in a score and see where they stand, with nothing to download and no password to forget.

We took it from idea to pilot launch in under three weeks, core functionality and integrations included. It runs in the browser and signs players in with a 6-digit code from their email. The commissioner gets an eight-step setup wizard with a good default at every step. Results go in from the court and the other team confirms them, so nobody has to take anyone's word for it.

The pilot covers season setup, fair round-robin scheduling across courts and nights, skipped dates, make-up and rain dates, live scoring that keeps counting with no signal, confirmed results, standings with clinch lines, playoff brackets, spectator links, and share cards for the group chat. Underneath, it launched with SEO, analytics, payments, calendar subscriptions, transactional email, and passwordless sign-in already in place.

What this means for your team

  • A pilot people actually use

Under three weeks to a pilot with real sign-in, payments, email, and calendar, so feedback comes from real use, not a demo.

  • Integrations from the first release

Identity, payments, email, calendar, analytics, and SEO shipped with the pilot. The systems your product has to connect to get the same treatment.

  • Built for people away from a desk

Designed for a phone in someone's hand with patchy signal. Field, branch, and operations teams work under the same constraints.

Game night, minus the scheduling chaos.
