Context

SpikeForge serves coaching practices that need one modern system for branded presence, service packaging, coach coordination, client management, and growth instead of a loose stack of disconnected tools.

Challenge

The hard part was not any single feature. It was getting marketing, discovery, service delivery, and launch readiness to behave like one product instead of four stitched-together tools.

Approach

We took the product from idea to launch: create the practice, define services, invite coaches, publish the portal, and start taking inquiries.

What shipped

The public product includes branded practice sites, service catalogs, coach profiles, inquiry capture, client lifecycle workflows, scheduling support, and practice-management positioning for teams from solo coaches to larger organizations.

What you can inspect

Live public platform with service catalog, coach profiles, inquiry capture, onboarding, and practice-management flows.
